Terms & Conditions for personal reading
I agree to provide the data for "Tarot from EL", which I will provide only after the invitation "Tarot from EL", for the processing of the interpretation.
I acknowledge that I am providing the said data for temporary use, until the video-reading is created and handed over or until the online or personal reading is completed. Then "Tarot from EL" will delete the data, including the email(s) with the personal data if I provide any.
I understand that the data will not be disclosed to any other third party or used for any purpose other than my personal reading. I understand the Privacy Policy and the Additional Information for Interpretations.
I confirm that I am over 18 years old.
I acknowledge that the video reading is for entertainment purposes and "Tarot by EL" is not responsible for the content of the video or reading, nor for any consequences from watching or sitting.
I confirm that I will not claim a refund of the amount paid for the video-reading if the reading has already been made and delivered. I confirm that I will not claim a refund of the amount paid for the created reading.
I understand that the "Tarot of EL" may cancel the agreement on reading before it is delivered, without giving any reason. I understand that "Tarot from EL" may cancel the agreement on the online reading or face-to-face meeting before it takes place, without giving any reason. If the interpretation has already been paid, the amount will be refunded.
I understand that by disagreeing with these Terms, it will not be possible to agree on the creation of a video-reading.
